Judge Dutcher opposes Avery's Commutation request

Post image

I'm glad to see some common sense. How many truthers now think the judge overseeing Avery's case in the circuit Court is CoRrUpT?

Obviously, this ill-informed judge has never watched MAM or read APR's reddit posts.

Great to see Judge Dutcher has shown some common sense here and hopefully his opposition is given significant weight when the board and Governor take a look.

Shame it doesn't function as an automatic veto. None of the dribble put in that request deserves a hearing.

I agree. Take that drivel into account with his complete lack of self improvement. He's done nothing to better himself in any way, shape, or form. His biggest accomplishment in prison has been getting promoted to shower cleaning detail.

You're welcome. Just trying to keep everyone informed. Some people have a problem with that apparently. They're just bummed that their hero is still in prison.

They should be pleased that it got reviewed by some Judge who had nothing to do with the conviction or any of the Appeals.

They should be but they're not. I've already seen them say in other places that Dutcher doesn't know the facts of the case and blah blah blah.
On a side note, it's interesting to see how many of them now hate Brendan.

You brought up the penis stuff out of nowhere. Sounds like you have an unhealthy attraction for it.

Appeal courts are designed to uphold a conviction unless there is proof of wrongdoing by LE/innocence etc.

Having said this, I can't see any reason why SA's sentence should be commuted - so see no reason to disagree with Judge Dutcher on this point.

Judge Angie on the other hand...... 🤮.
