General "The Winnipeg Sun-Tribune"

I've noticed that the Winnipeg Sun has out of the blue started calling itself the Winnipeg Sun-Tribune, even though it has no connection to the Tribune beyond the Sun starting up shortly after the Tribune's demise in 1980. You can see what I mean here:

https://epaper.winnipegsun.com/winnipeg-sun-va07

The weird thing about this is that the Free Press owns the Tribune trademark... this is publicly verifiable here:

https://ised-isde.canada.ca/cipo/trademark-search/0596755

The Freep's masthead even makes reference to the Tribune... they consider themselves the heirs to the Tribune's legacy.

It's surprising to me that the Free Press lets Klein Media get away with this. And frankly, it's bizarre that Klein is even doing this in the first place given the fact that the Sun has nothing, in a formal sense, to do with the Tribune. It all seems very amateurish.

Question Software effected by Manitoba timezone on 1st November

Hi Folks.
I am not sure where to ask this question, and if there is a better place to ask, so I get better answers, please let me know.

So due to extremely late provincial government decision to abandon clock change, specifically on September 17, 2026, many softwares didn't catch up to this change.

So, the official maintainer of time zones in IT world (IANA time zone) adapted the changes on September 29, and make it officials.
But still many softwares either Operating systems, and internet browsers are still catching up, and even databases.

Microsoft just yesterday officially make announcement that their Windows and Azure with database SQL server are up-to-date.

But Chrome current version still not up to date.

I am wondering if there are more discussion by Manitobans about this issues, specially we have tons of financial services and companies in our provinces.
