Healthy food for Munchies
So I recently started smoking weed again. I never had a problem but quit just in case a job im trying to get drug tests. I now have a 6fig job and don't have to worry about that anymore. I use it at night to relax and it helps me sleep very well. What can I eat that won't pack on a bunch of calories and is healthy at night.

I also only smoke at night. I've gotten good with just eating fruits as a little late munchies snack, but I like to keep stuff like jerky/meat sticks, string cheese, pickles, seaweed packets all in case I want something salty/crunchy. When I had first started smoking again and didnt wanna fuck up my diet, I would skip dinner, smoke for the night and chill for a little, then go make a full meal when the munchies hit 😂

Carrots are good by themselves or with guac, hummus, etc.

mixed nuts are good but just don't overdo it. I weigh out a certain amount and that's it. popcorn is good too.

I keep small apples around popcorn, Cheerios. Stay away from trail mix and the like.

Hummus and corn based tortilla chips. So many good hummus spicy flavors now. Peanuts and edamame.
And of course fruit. Sweet tooth? Dark chocolate and peanut butter

Apple slices and Brie cheese.
Cheese and crackers if I’m really hungry. I have about 5 different varieties of crackers on hand and a couple nice cheeses in the fridge, along with spreads. My favorite crackers are CrunchMaster and Toasteds. Spreads like hummus, Alouette or flavored cream cheese are really satisfying with crackers.

I like pumpkin seeds, sun flower seeds peanut butter and rice cakes. Rice cakes are self explanatory, low calorie and you can add to them.

Fat free greek yogurt. I usually use plain and then add my own honey and cinnamon and granola. You can add some fruit too. It's the granola you really have to watch out for. When you're picking, carbs are generally better than fats. For example, if you have to choose between a candy vs ice cream before bed, you choose the candy.

Of a like mind & situation. Years ago, I decided the only thing that would work is take things out of the house that non-high Me wouldn't want high Me bingeing on. I find texture to be the biggest craving, so I keep a full drawer of cold crunchy veggies, mixed nuts, Quest chips, and some no-sugar candies as my snack drawer & frozen grapes, passion fruits, dragonfruit in the freezer.

Personally, when I am high, I enjoy carrots with peanut butter. Cucumbers with ranch. Fruit smoothies made with yogurt. I also make Ambrosia! (That fruit salad with the little marshmallows. Maraschino cherries, mandarin oranges, pineapple, sour cream.)

My normal go to’s are carrots or celery with peanut butter, cucumbers, mandarin oranges, and green grapes (freeze them, fucking phenomenal!). I’ve recently discovered a brand of mini rice cakes that taste amazing and have low calories as well as various extra vitamins and nutrients and I love their fun flavors.

Baby carrots and/or apples. Lots of chewing required.
Also! I recently started making this at home because it’s reasonably healthy and I can just pull it out of my refrigerator and eat it standing over my stove without having to do anything.
It’s like a weird salsa salad kind of thing and you can modify it however you like…. You can make it spicy or sweet or salty or whatever you want.
It takes a little bit of prep work, but it stays good in the refrigerator for several days.
Cilantro Cucumber Corn & Black Bean Salad
Salad:
1 English cucumber, diced
1½ cups frozen corn, thawed
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
½ red onion, diced
1 orange or red bell pepper, diced
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeño, diced (optional)
Dressing:
Juice of 2 limes + zest of 1 lime
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp chili powder
2 tsp jalapeño brine (optional)
Instructions: Mix salad ingredients. Whisk dressing ingredients, pour over salad, and toss well. Refrigerate 30–60 minutes before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
Yield: 6–8 servings
Refrigerator: 3–4 days

I eat a few honeycrisp apples a day! The ones in the bag are typically smaller. They're super juicy, so it helps with making your mouth feel less icky after smoking too!

Greek yogurt with chia seeds, pumpkin seeds and frozen (or non frozen) fruit. Feels more decadent than it should be.

Like many have said already, fruits. When I'm high the sense of sweetness is highlighted, so fruits aee extra delicious and all the fiber helps with getting full and recovery next day. My go-to are pineapple and melon, the nearby grocery sells them precut in trays.

Frozen grapes - the cotton candy ones are like little sorbet balls, or opposite direction, the Only Bean Wasabi edamame - low cal - lots of protein, pumpkin seeds,

Grapes are good and help with kottonmouth. Same with apples.
