MBA vs Certified workforce technician

Hey guys I' graduated last year with a Human Resource Bachelor degree but I've never been able to secure a job untill today. I got a sponsor ready to put me on to further studies tho. And I'm having a really hard time deciding to either get a masters or a technician certification for studying Excel, Ai and Cyber security. Just asking for advice on Tanzania's current position and whether taking a masters is Worth cause I haven't even got a job now. What's the point of the masters. It's really hard to choose. I need your advice.
