Materials feel a little too clean and perfect. Composition feels a little forced. The badge and the name tag a perfectly oriented toward the camera, the scattered ammo feels too evenly spaced. The lighting is too even and isn't motivated.
It's unclear what the story is here.
Is this on the floor? If so, why? Did Rick drop the gun fighting zombies? In that case it would look a lot more chaotic.
The layout feels more intentional, like it's meant to be on a table or night stand, in that case the background needs to change.
What time of day is it? Is light streaming in through a window? Or is it interior lighting from a ceiling light or a tabletop lamp?
I'd start with the story first, is it on a table because he was cleaning it, the nightstand while he sleeps, dropped on the floor? Arrange the pieces accordingly.
Lighting will be a huge help, maybe a single lightsource to start, highlight the hero elements and let some of the background fall into darkness. Golden hr sunlight though a window, or a desk lamp, gives you to control over what gets lit and where it the light falls off, creating the atmosphere or mood of the story.
Now you can see where to focus on textures, foreground hero pieces, background parts, perhaps defocused and in partial shadow need less attention.
Really good start, I hope these suggestions are helpful. Looking forward to watching this scene progess!

I see what you mean now! I had a feeling that something was a little off, but I just couldn't quite put my finger on it. Thank you so much for your suggestions!
For the story behind the scene, I wanted to portray an abandoned outdoor table situated beneath a shed. However, as you pointed out, the lighting isn't quite conveying that atmosphere yet, so I'll definitely spend more time refining it.
And you're absolutely right about the layout feeling intentional. It actually is, since I imagined Rick placing his gun on the table after cleaning it. However, I agree that I could make the overall scene feel more natural. I also think adding a rag stained with blood and grease would help tell the story and reinforce the post-apocalyptic setting.
Thank you so much for helping me see these issues more clearly. I really appreciate your feedback!

I think some more hand painted detail, especially on the frame of the gun, would go a long way. It looks a little smart material-y to me. I think you'd do well to go back and paint some wear and tear onto your texture.
I would also say that a more post-apocalyptic texture scheme (scratches, dirt, corrosion, dried blood, etc.) could help improve the narrative quality of your piece, given the setting in the show/comics.

You're right! The gun material is actually a smart material. I wanted to maintain a clean look throughout the scene, but I see your point. Introducing more of a post-apocalyptic texturing style would definitely be a great way to take the project to the next level.
Thanks so much for your input! I really appreciate it.

Catch some highlights on that barrel ribbing rather than the underside half.
Its an iconic part of the pythons shape - make those rectangular cutouts POP!

The metal os too shiny. You need to create a roughness property that breaks the light and you have less bright surfaces
If you have substance painter it’s very easy there. If not in photoshop you can create a noise effect and play with that
