❔Question/Help Teams notification issue

My work is heavily based on teams. I need to respond immediately i receive message on teams. But sometimes teams notification doesn't work. If I'm in the teams window, i would see the message even if there is no notification. But when I'm using anyother app window, I miss the message and its already very long than the expected response time. Can you guys help?

I'm on windows 11 and often reset teams in installed apps list.

Teams notifications are finicky, but they're well documented. If you can't figure it out and this is work, try contacting your support team. There are a ton of different things to look at, including Windows notification settings.

They're Product, not Ops Support, I wouldn't count on it.
