Big property management company won't turn on the heat until they want to. Our heat is included in one of their complexes in the South Gate area. It's mid October and it's been cold again. 36 degrees this morning and we woke up freezing. As we're looking at weather forecasts in the 40s to 60s, it makes sense for the big wig at Metropolitan to turn on their tenants' heat, right? Nope. We already paid a couple months in advance. Over 1200 a month and we can't get our heat when we need it. We need it now! Anybody else here rent from them?

Idk who has to see this and coordinate it it would be lit and the atmosphere would be electric! I honestly think it would be packed too! Because most of us working folks can't afford to actually go to the games. It would be nice to be in that atmosphere during the games in our home city!

I'm hoping to find someone to adopt Ghost. She is a sweet, older cat who is a bit timid but very gentle. She was abandoned by her previous owner and I have been trying to get her to bond with my cats but things are not working out so I think she would be better off in a home where she's the only pet.

As I said, she's an older cat but I've taken her to the vet and they haven't found any health issues.

She likes to look out the window and get head scratches. She also loves to play with the lazer at night, older she may be but she still has a lot of play left in her :)

If anyone is looking to adopt please message me! She's really a sweet cat and she deserves to be in a house where she isn't scared of my other cats.

Please help with any leads. Dog was taken from east side apt. Cash reward, no questions asked!

Moved to the Milwaukee region from Minnesota about 2 years ago and thought I'd make more friends by now than I have. The friends I do have from school/work don't really share many of my interests, and as someone who's introverted, going out and doing things alone has been a bit of a challenge 🥲. Figured it's time to get out of my comfort zone and know I can't be the only one so I am putting myself out there to see if anyone would like to hang out/do some things together.

Some of my interests:

• Golf: still working on my swing but always down to go for a round
• Music: EDM/house, would really like to find people wanting to go to like Galantis or Excision
• Bars/clubbing: always enjoy a good night out (though I do wonder if I am getting a little old for the clubbing scene lol)
• League of Legends: could be something super low key like regularly playing a couple games. Would also be super fun to get a viewing party going for some of the upcoming Worlds games. Also open to other PC games
• Trying out new restaurants and enjoy trying/making cocktails
• Rock climbing: used to climb a bit in college and would be fun to get back into it if I had people to go with

Definitely open to new activities too! I'm hoping to put some effort into building a social circle here rather than a one off thing, so if you are interested feel free to comment or shoot a DM. If multiple people are interested I'd like to help organize some small group hangouts.
