I genuinely cannot fathom what is causing that. Is she wearing a collar and leash? Is there some weird pink stick coming our of the ground? Does she have an incredibly long ponytail?

I think it's a belt. Like a thin, pink, cloth belt that isnt in the loops and fell down. I think her tummy is obscuring the belt around the pants.
