Hi, are there any private WhatsApp, Facebook, or Telegram groups where people exchange rental apartments in Monaco? And groups that connect landlords directly with people looking to rent or to buy, bypassing agencies? Something more off-market and informal.

If you are wealthy yes, if you are looking that cheap off market apartment they do not exist
