I believe there's 5: Two are from Mr. Monk and the Garbage Strike (Alice Cooper and The Mayor), One from Mr Monk Gets Hypnotized (Guy dies of embarrassment), One from Mr Monk and the Missing Granny (in the summation, Monk thinks the kidnappers had a cat and thats why they went to the victims house), and One from Mr Monk and the Blackout (Monk did not figure out that Michelle Rivas the Power plant manager was involved somehow (this is easily provable))! Honorable Mention Mr Monk and the Naked Man, he never technically gave the summation accusing the nudist
