In universe rules, I believe said that they reach adulthood when they reach 15. Rudy, I believe he only slept with Eris when he reached that age? And on top of that, she was older than him.
Then years later, when he got his wives, it wasn't that they didn't care, they did, they just understood Rudy from the beginning, and I think at least Roxy knew he would turn out like his dad. Who didn't even rape the maid, that was just the lie Rudeus told Zenith so she wouldn't throw her out.
I think it’s bc he’s explicitly pointed out to be a pedo in his life. The shower thing is in the LN but didn’t get added to adaptation.
