Gotta throw evangelical in there somewhere, if you're all those things and an atheist, or anything else that's not evangelical, you're automatically a candidate for being burned for eternity.
Even being evangelical wasn’t enough. They went after evangelical darlings and scholars the same ways for disagreeing with them or the ways they were twisting language, texts and theology, ‘gospel and spirit’. You have to align with their worldly political ideology and ever shifting cultural values or you too were ‘corrupted’, ‘evil’, ‘demonic’.
