Patient Zero is also just not a good song. It's not awful, but it's not very good either. The song comes off like an attempt to be a girl's girl but ends up coming off as self centered.

When you're someone who basically got pulled out of high school and rocketed into the teenage high school girl movie dream of suddenly becoming a billionaire and de facto princess who goes on to marry captain of the football team, you basically have no reason not to be.

She appeals to teenage girls because she never had to stop being one.
