One strategy that a lot of teachers use is somewhat of a "rewards" system, where instead of "lecturing" about behaviors, you're noticing, appreciating, and possibly even rewarding, students demonstrating correct ones.
"I notice this student is sitting correctly in their chair, I will let them play an instrument next week in class."
"I notice this student raising their hand, I will let them play their favorite song in class in a couple weeks."
"I notice this student following my directions really well, I will let them lead next week's activity."
"Thank you to those who are quietly raising their hands, I'm going to call on someone who is quietly sitting and raising their hand."
Those sorts of things.
Some schools even allow for tangible rewards like candy or small prizes (think things you can get at Dollar Tree), but check with your own admin before going this route. Do NOT spend a fortune of your own money on tangible rewards if you try doing that.

Good luck!
