You're doing a good step in acknowledging the problem. Now you need to build on your personality and some of the traits that will make you more appealing to women. You simple can't stay quiet and expect your potential wife to accept you as you are now. You need to get proactive about this and start speaking to people. The best type of this is to go to musjid and just introduce yourself to more brothers in there. Just get yourself out of your comfort zone and basically learn the etiquettes and formalities of discussing about yourself and others. That way you can build on that lacking confidence. Insha'Allah it just takes practice and it will be perfect.
