The interview score is the only thing that matters and you do not find out how you did. So, y ou basically have to get 75% in the required classes and pass the interview. This for DMS, I'm not sure about the others.

Honestly, don’t worry about comp average. Still do well in pre requisite classes or you’ll be lost.

Focus on doing well on the interviews

I was worried about not being picked for the initial interviews:( I have all my required courses done and the medical terminology done.

I believe NAIT has changed their interview style so that as long as you meet the grade minimums outlined on the program site, you will** **receive an interview. So if you meet those minimums, just focus on the interview prep.

Could you please elaborate on " interview prep"? I applied for DMS too and honestly they interview is all I'm worried about.

I’d recommend looking up common interview questions and practising your answers beforehand. NAIT also has an interview prep guide that can help you prepare! Make sure to use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) when answering scenario-based questions. It helps you organize your answers and give specific examples.

Doing a lot of practice MMI style questions. Film yourself or practice with someone so you can catch and correct any like excessive talking mannerisms that you have (like moving your hands too much or if you find yourself noticeably swaying a lot etc). Practice the timing especially, iirc you get like 2 minutes to read the question and plan your answer then 3 minutes to respond with your answer.
