Sam and Nick
I love how they didn’t do the whole “partners who struggle to get along during the early episodes“ schtick and just skipped to them being bros.

But arrogant NCISLA Hanna. I can’t stand that character. Never got into LA because of his attitude.

I think it's so funny how we now have 2 characters in teams for the franchise that are named Nick we have Torres on the main show and now Scott's character here.

They really seem to be good together, those little jabs/jokes about the other but still both still capable agents with their own skills and knowledge which the other respects.

only thing I hate is that Hawaii five0 and ncis LA have directly crossed over

I haven't warmed up to it. Never watched LA. Saw Sam a few episodes on Hawaii, my favorite NCIS, before it got canceled. Sam and Danny were Robin to the shows Batman. I don't see a Batman in this one.

Has the show gotten better? Had to turn off episode one as the side characters are so boring

You shouldn’t really judge a show two episodes in. Of course the side characters are going to be boring at first. They’re still be developed. They haven’t truly figured out the characters yet.

They give off the perfect Buddy Cop routine. LL Cool J has a tendency to bounce off any of the actors they put him on screen with.
Scott Caan is doing a great job as Nick and I am not struggling to separate him from Danno as much as I thought it would be.
