S24 E02 : Director Dinozzo decided to let the spy be...
Does it mean that il will be the long term arc of the season in background of the episodic crimes resolved?

Ari appeared in season one and FBI protected him letting him saying he was double agent And this came back in NCIS face with Kate murder in season 2 Ari wouldn't be killed until season 3 beginning Still his half brother will appear years later and kills Gibbs ' ex wife as a revenge! So here they start with a spy case... It's not something simple despite the case itself seemed random... First drugs... Then calvitie sérum... They spies and the whole couple thing was a lie ... It doesn't look like something that ended already.. especially Tony decided to keep it going .. that's his first director décision... He sees the larger frame! Getting one spy doesn't resolve anything... There must be a cell behind ... Something getting prepared
