Rain village was such a cool place I wish we saw more of it

Maybe that'll be the next spin-off

The sheer scale of Pain sitting on the tongue of that statue still gives me chills. The art in this arc was unmatched.

At it's peak, Naruto genuinely has some of my favourite art in manga.

People underestimate how talented Kishi is drawing

I think it's because people (me included) forget that the studio animating =/= the artist. Basically we haven't read the manga and have only watched the anime.

Who? Where's the discussion? Just because a small 1% of the people or 1 controversial post that you saw from random Twitter does not represent everyone's opinion.

The image of Pain floating above Konoha village been share at least few thousand times in social media.

Is like those YouTube 10m views song and there's comment "omG thiS sinGer is UnderratEd"

Bro and people have the gall to compare ikemoto to these masterpieces

Boruto could never make backgrounds like this let alone a background in the first place

Boruto chapters consist of just shots of the character looking bored, annoyed or worried with a sweat drop on their face while talking.

the moment I read "could never make", I thought of "these fools could never make me sweat", and then I find the word sweat in a reply to that comment

Which is ironic when you think about where ikemoto started

This part contains almost entirely manga panels unlike the first part because I felt I didn't include such impactful and amazing panels. Artbooks have a lot more great art (perspective wise and just cool art) but I'll leave that for people to buy and see on their own. Also note these panels are a bit lower quality (They're not ripped from digital HQ versions)

The parallels of Naruto and Sasuke looking at the Leaf from that tower is one of my favorite narrative and art wise

Not sure if part one was the post with the compliments from other mangaka praising kishimoto’s use of perspective with examples, but that post made me appreciate his work even more.

Edit: part 1 was the post I was talking about above. Thanks for sharing these OP

I had my issues with Naruto towards the end but there is no mistaking how talented and creative Kishimoto was, is. Of the Big 3, I feel like he had the most talent for battle manga panels.

Oml this man's layout and perspectives are always so fuckin peak.

I knew I soon as we saw the Final Valley and Kage rushmore. Kishimoto was absolutely fuckin COOKIN; michelin style.

I've only seen the anime but one thing I haven't noticed is how surprised Zabuza looks when Haku gets impaled  by Kakshi. Something about it makes it more emotional to me. Just for a moment it shows how much he actually cared if that makes sense.

Still don’t understand why an English color manga isn’t in print

Whoever drew these is a real artist
