No one can do this in less than 30 minutes with PS unless you had extreme luck pulling assets off the web. Assets would have to be somewhat in the position you want them bc Puppet Warp can only do so much.
And it's a meme page, if someone wants to use AI to make me laugh, I'm not going to chastise them
