Also, what's the best way to beat Eldar as Necrons? My friend who got me into all this wants to play a game with me against his Eldar army and I think he'd be really impressed if I kicked his ass.

Maybe its because my partner goes easy on me but he plays Eldar and loses all the time. 2 DDAs and a blob of warriors with a.... whatever cryptek gives stealth or reactivates reanimation. Most of his shit is wearing tissue paper for armor so you'll lose stuff but focus on point control and debuffing him. Also meme answer, 1000 points of scarabs can do no wrong. Edit to say if this is your whole army, hide skorpeks behind things because they will kill anything they touch, but they have to get there first and Eldar are meant to shoot shit to death
