[Request] Mystery comedy shows like The Residence?

Just finished The Residence and I loved it! So funny but still had a mystery that kept me watching. I’ve already seen Only Murders in the Building. What else has this kind of vibe?

“The After Party” with Zach Woods, Tiffany Haddish and others. John Cho is absolutely hilarious. I think it’s on Apple.

Bad Sisters on Apple.  Deadloch on amazon.  (Sorry no Netflix shows!)

Not exactly mystery but Widow’s Bay absolutely nails the same vibe by combining comedy with horror

I was coming to recommend this, there definitely is some mystery and it captures every horror trope in a non-corny way. Perfect show imo.

Search Party, 5 seaosns, every season has a mystery, and every season is a different genre with the same characters. Season 1 is a comedy drama about a missing girl with a surprise ending, season 1 starts out a bit slow but just stick with it, season 2 is a comedy/suspense thriller, season 3 is a court room comedy, season 4 is a horror comedy, and season 5 is sci-fi/fantasy comedy. It's really really good.

While I liked both, it's wild to suggest that one is like the other 😂🤣

There's a mine of British Mystery a week Comedy shows

Ludwig - A world renowned puzzle maker gets pulled into faking being a detective when his identical twin suddenly disappears. David Mitchell is a treat . Absolutely Brilliant a Must Watch and Season 2 just landed .

Shakespeare & Hathway - Cute setup and simple laid back detective work.

Death Valley - An old actor who used to play detective on a famous series in retirement. Teams up occasionally or not so occasionally with young police sergeant. I love the police sergeant 's energy she is so cute and welsh !

There's also

Sister Bonifcace ( not my favourite) and a few others

There is a new show from New Zealand called Bust Up. It is not as heavy on the comedy as The Residence, but I still found it pretty hilarious. The mystery unfolds over 6 episodes. I hope it gets a second season!

I haven't seen The Residence but Lodge 49 and The Resort sound like they kind of fit the bill. I don't believe either are on Netflix currently though.
