I generally don't like sharing such news, which maybe used to generalise, but since there are folk who share equivalent posts and comment 'Fork found in kitchen' in reddit, sharing this one to notify to them that such overgeneralisation is bad.

Minister Rijiju should present any investigative report by the govt agencies on the floor of parliament rather than making such blanket statements.

These ministers make bold claims outside the parliament knowing very much they won't be held accountable for the things they say.

On the parliament floor, that isn't the case and making such false statements amount of privilege breach.
