I have been looking at the Lennar new build homes- specifically Gatehouse and Kyndwood. The homes are beautiful, and the price makes so much more sense compared to homes that are 10-20 years old already.

What is your experience with these neighborhoods / and this builder in new braunfels?

Any issues with construction, drainage, foundations, or repairs after moving in? Any unexpected HOA fees, restrictions, or other costs?

Knowing what you know now, would you purchase another Lennar home in this community?

I’d really appreciate any honest feedback, good or bad, before making a decision.

Edit: This will be my first home, no kids

The location in New Braunfels for those of us in Guadalupe county/ New Braunfels is already packed. I would stay away from there.

I personally am going to go back and try again tomorrow morning!
