Lost cell phone

Help! Mom left her cell phone in a cart at Simcoe giant Tiger yesterday at approximately 6 pm, as the store was closing.

Unfortunately it wasn't turned in to the store as my brother went there this morning...

Android phone in a red wallet type case.

Doesn't she have find my phone turned on? Ask giant tiger to look at the security tapes and see what happened to it.

Doesn't appear that she had Find my Phone on, security camera footage in store shows her leaving her cart but person walked past at much the same time and blocked the view unfortunately.

And the manager that I spoke with (Jessica?) was sincere and helpful, the cashier that my Mom and brother spoke to this morning was dismissive and condescending. Not helpful.

Sadly that sounds about right for simcoe. Town has gone to shit. I hope it's found. Did she at least cancel the phone so it can't be used?
