What is your Nowra Wishlist

I asked a post recently about life in Nowra as a 20 something and now my next question is:

If you could add anything to Nowra to improve it, what would you add?

Actually decent riverside cafes, shops, Esplanade. Think Batemans Bay or something similar. I think I've heard rumours of something near the aquatic centre.

East Nowra to be completely removed
Blow the estate up South Nowra towards callala but on the west side creating more jobs. Completely re do the river front and up the policing to stop all the rubbish from continuing to offend. The place could be amazing
