No Team Need help IDing photo!

Pulled this photo out of an estate sale today. Trying to ID the less-than obvious folks in the picture. Believed to be at Caesars Las Vegas. Any thoughts?

I recognize Bill Walsh (4th from left) and I’m guessing Eddie DeBartolo Jr in the tan jacket in the middle

Must be late 70s, probably 78 or 79. Bill Walsh coached his first season with OJ and the squad and they gave him kind of a graceful retirement. OJ was from the projects of San Francisco.
