Where are the oats? This looks like pudding

I blended them so that the overnight oats would be super smooth. It's just how I personally prefer them :)

Huh, so you put all ingredients in blender, blend, then let that sit overnight?

No, I blend the oats separately until they resemble a flour, then combine them with the rest of the ingredients.

Gotcha, i saw the recipe after posting this. Sounds delicious, but the benefit of OO to me is not having to cook the oats

Wait this entire thing sounds great... I love the look of OO dishes but cannot stand the texture. How was it?

Just like pudding, so if you don't like the texture of normal overnight oats, you may like this kind a bit better!

Yeah you can do that. Basically your normal overnight oats (minus anything that you want to preserve the texture of), blend it and it sets overnight. And yeah, they setup kind of like a pudding. Great for dessert too

Thank you! Here it is πŸ™‚

Banana cinnamon overnight oats: 30g rolled oats, blended 110g whole milk 9g ChocZero sugar-free French vanilla syrup 7g ChocZero sugar-free cinnamon dolce syrup 0.75 tsp cinnamon (I used 0.25 tsp each of ceylon, saigon, and sweet cassia) 1 biscoff biscuit, finely crushed 70g mashed banana (make sure it's very ripe. Preferably with a brown peel) 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Put all ingredients except the mashed banana and vanilla extract into a saucepan and heat the mixture over medium heat until it thickens, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat, add in the mashed banana, and mix it in until fully combined (if the oatmeal becomes less thick after adding in the banana, cook it for a little longer). Add in the vanilla extract and mix it in until completely combined. Once the oatmeal has cooled, transfer it to a suitable container and refrigerate overnight.

Cream cheese frosting: 40g full fat spreadable cream cheese 20g Fage 5% fat Greek yogurt 14g date syrup 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until fully combined.

For topping: 30g melted biscoff spread (I used half crunchy and half smooth)

To assemble, spread the cream cheese frosting on top of the oats and pour the melted biscoff spread on top. Put the oats back into the fridge until the biscoff spread sets on top, then enjoy!

Until I saw the spoon I thought this was a massive bucket of oats, like a 12L bucket.
