I accidentally deleted an intro

I received a lovely intro from a woman, and I think I deleted it. I keep clicking on her name in my email, but it's no longer taking me to the intro.

Do you use the web version or the app?

Usually, you only receive an email notification about an intro. You’ve never been able to click on it. You’ve always been redirected directly to OkCupid, never directly to the message. If there’s one, you’ll see it; otherwise, you won’t. You can’t delete it either. You can only swipe away the request or block the account. Which of these did you do? To help you, we need a little more information.
