Today at FCC Florence they had a department head meeting and all department heads were told basically that they understand the union is back, but they will not be listening to them and if they don't like it, they can file. Is anybody else hearing the hiring that they have tried taking away our compress schedules away and it make them very difficult and also only taking two departments in lieu of holidays, but every other department still gets them is that happening anywhere else ?

Got a email for onboarding, we’re really about to start off as the bottom of the bottom probably getting the worst posts. How does health insurance work? What are the real benefits of the job and when do we find all of this out like what kind of discounts we get how our pay will look like and just benefits in general? How are the max prisons like centennial and Colorado state penitentiary. those are level 5s. My friend has been in prison since 2021 since he was 18 and he got sent to the worst of the worse. He told me brief but i havent been in contact for a few years. IK he can hold his own he was a trained MMA fighter since he was 9 years old.And he is pretty tall about 6'3 230 pounds. He has been to both of those prisons since 2021 and the reason being is he was in juvenile and started a massive riot so they sent him to those max 5 prisons. Thanks! just want to know how bad those are. And how is mental heath is being in those max prisons. Will he be the same when he gets out next year?
