Replacement controllers for OXP3
Ordered myself a new set of side controllers for the OXP3 just so that I could have some spares and I gotta say the new ones feel so damn nice. I’ve been using my OXP a lot and I’ve gotta say the new front rollers are super sturdy, work great, and feel great. I had some minor issues develop with the right controller that the OXP3 shipped with (left trigger started to squeak) but these new controllers feel way more refined. If you haven’t gotten a pair of spares yet, I’d recommend it.

I updated the springs on mine and they are better, but I still would like something even tighter than the Handheld DIY ones.

I used these, they are cheaper and pretty tight
I just found this on AliExpress:
K-SILVER JH16 Hall 3D Analog Joystick and Thumbstick, 2 Pieces, for GameSir G8, Flydigi Vader 3 Pro, 8BitDo 2.4G, and Machenike G5 Pro https://a.aliexpress.com/_Evippxy

Thanks for this. Less than half the cost ordering these vs the handhelddiy ones from amazon. Excited to try these out.

OneX sent me a replacement left controller and the shoulder trigger is loud af and so is the back button. My right controller shoulder started to fail with rapid pressing not registering just days after receiving the left controller and I didn’t want to deal with support having to troubleshoot for another month so I ordered a new set and tracking says they’re in my country so you just made me more excited for them.

I feel you here man. I love my new ones they are perfect. Almost feels like a new handheld because the parts you actually touch are new lmao

I'm going to say the same here.
Just received replacements today after cracking mine. It's a minor difference but they are tighter...the plastic feels slightly improved. the triggers are smoother...they just feel less cheap. not a total overhaul but there have definitely been some fine tuning. I don't think you're crazy. Less squeak is the best way to describe it both literally and figuratively

Exactly!!! They just feel so much better imo. It makes the OXP3 feel like a more complete solid device

More solid is the perfect way to describe it. I have the X2 mini pro with so much extra weight on it. They feel more finished and less proto type-y. Less like I’m holding a fisher price toy attached to a super computer

Exactly. Couldn’t have said it better myself

Also the texture on the plastic is ever so slightly softer and feels just a touch more premium and less…plastic. Just slight but again…you’re not crazy lol. Theres a difference

I did the same because my right shoulder button wasn’t clicking and I wanted a spare. My second set is perfect. Now the og set is a backup.

I ordered a set of spare ones with my order and my right trigger was the same. Not clicky and just kinda meh, these new ones were perfect

Once I ordered my new S2 mini Pro I ordered a spare set as well. The ones on my OX P3 have been running fine

The triggers are GD terrible. I hate the feel in hand with the grips on these

Weird I really like the triggers. Very smooth, no squeaks, good resistance and travel distance

Aren’t they identical to the default controllers? Or did OXP refine the design and are just shipping the actual device with the unrefined version?
