what’s up y’all. went to lolla this year with my girl, marked our first every music festival and wanted to explore others. how much was everything, did you enjoy the festival (had good amenities, great location, etc), and do we have any early predictions of locks for the line-up next year? ik it’s a lil early just wanted to get another planning/budgeting for it. appreciate it!

just saw aespa in oakland and reminded me of seeing them in 2023. they are still the only kpop act to play outside lands. was wondering what you guys thought are the odds there would be one next year? and who you guys would like to see? NMIXX, Yves, and YENA would be great imo

Considering Bill Graham is an APE venue and the precedent is there: the Strokes played Bill Graham in April then headlined OSL in August.

Last year we shared a few including Ethel Cain, Sierra Ferrell, and Clipse and I think in 2025 we also shared 3 or 4. Would love a Kacey Musgraves return to Outside Lands.

I was at Outside Lands 2026 and instead of a run-of-the-mill concert blog series, I decided to write essays based on events on each of the days, tying them to a larger theme. They're making good traction in Europe but not so much in the states yet. They have a great concept and performances. Their last album Gusto is a solid listen.

I was just in San Diego for the sold out Pierce the Veil show at Petco Park and it made me think about how heavier rock acts are becoming more popular with the mainstream again. With how packed Turnstile and Geese were this year, do you think OSL will try to do the same thing again in 2027? Is there another act who could draw a similarly sized crowd?
