WNBA Discussion Taurasi rumor?

I have recently heard a rumor from someone pretty close to the team that DT has been at practice recently and might join the team for the rest of the season the night her number is retired. Could wear 23 as 3 won’t be available. Anyone else hearing this?

if anything, I could see her coaching when Nate gets fired lol but even that's a huge stretch... no way she's coming out of retirement.

…why would she even consider this? Nothing left to prove in her career, seems to be enjoying family life, and the team has no guarantee of making the playoffs this year (there would be 8 regular season games left after the jersey retirement)

Nothing left to prove, but for 16 games of work, she could make more money than she ever made in her career (even at the veteran minimum).

Would be the craziest shit I’ve ever seen. Imagine she pulls an MJ and wins us another championship. I can’t imagine how hectic the dynamic with AT and DT would be if that happens..
