Advice Mohela - two different payment amounts

I am dreadfully finally a part of the two different payment amounts from mohela. Received a message in response to my email that is $500+ and an automated notification stating the same amount that was reported in my PAYE certification letter last year. I am NOT interesting in forbearance while they figure it out because half my loans hit 120 in December and the other half in January. Those of you that didn’t stop payments, which amount did you pay? TIA.

Are you sure your total payment isn’t the sum of the two amounts? That’s what it is for me. I don’t know why I get two letters, but I do, and my payment is the total.

No, the one I got in the letter is the same amount they are sending in the payment due notification ($600). When I emailed them about it they said it’s $500.

That is frustrating, I’m sorry. I’d pay the larger amount, just to be safe. You don’t want to risk losing a month because the payment was “short,” even if it was their mistake.
