5 days after launch...

Its been almost a week since i launched papercliped and i would like feedback on how it works so far ik got comments on the actual feature set read the website we will try to explain the goal. Right im looking forward for responses on if it actually works or you guys are experiencing issues with the project. I wouldn't say its perfect but with community and contributors i think it would be a great open sourced project. Also i would also like to say thanks for the og paperclip team they are the best with this amazing framework and I believe you can do wonders with it.

Claude or anything else can connect to Paperclip CLI and manage your agents, fix issues etc. Why do we need this? just trying to understand..

If you're at the terminal with Paperclip, a CLI or Paperclip's own MCP works fine. Papercliped is for managing it from Claude/ChatGPT/phone without handing out a board token, with Read-only vs Full control, per-agent limits and an audit log.

I spent all of yesterday trying to get it working, but the biggest issue is getting stuck at the screen where you only are able to choose between Claude and ChatGPT for your first agent, although documentation suggests that there is support for Hermes

Upon looking around, there has been some GitHub issues that have been posted about stale agent connector connections, but the biggest issue is that the interface is insanely difficult to use because there's some inconsistency with knowing when the agent is working and when it's stalled

I really want to love this project because of how neatly it has been shown to segment different tasks and manage swarms of agents, but it is extremely difficult to get my Hermes model attached to it.

I've also been having issues where I can terminate or pause a ticket, but resuming it isn't straightforward because it will prompt me to look at the run trace or any other errors, but pressing resume on the agent just starts a new task, and the ticket before basically just is stuck in limbo
