Startled, any ideas what just happened?

I’m a little spooked rn and I hadn’t really known exactly where to post this since I don’t know whether this should be considered more paranormal or a glitch in the matrix sort of thing or some huge misunderstanding, though I doubt that’s the case. My younger sister came into my room asking me to help her put her LOL dolls head back on since I’d torn it off a long time ago but since then she’s began to keep my old dolls now and needed some help. After ten minutes of trying, making it wet to see if it would pop in, I decided to try to tape it. During this time my sister was completely in sight and I had asked her to go to my art cart to grab the tape, she said she’d sworn she saw it on the bottom row of my cart but now it was gone. I checked with her and it truly wasn’t there so she went upstairs to the kitchen to grab a thing of tape but the moment she went to leave, I moved and directly behind me on the bed was my thing of tape. The odd thing was that I hadn’t even touched it in weeks, I barely even remembered beforehand where it was on my art cart because it’s currently a bit disheveled but I find it quite odd that in all places, it happened to be right behind me without me even noticing. On top of that, prior I had already been relaxing in my bed and had set the blankets to surround me so that I’d be a little blanket burrito and the tape wasn’t in the blankets. My sister couldn’t have known beforehand that I was going to resort to taping it since she’d thought I would be able to put it together without it. I’m kind of losing my mind right now, could anybody give me any ideas of what the hell just happened??
