Food & Dining Restaurant with good view
My boyfriend and I will travel to Paris in December and celebrate his birthday there. Now I am already starting to look into good restaurants with a good view (e.g. seeing the eiffeltower)
Do you have any recommendations where we could go? Maybe not those ones where we pay 300€ per Person 😅
Oh and I am vegetarian, so maybe a place where they offer veggie options as well. :)

We went to Bonnard recently, and it was lovely and delicious - although probably not for the meat eater’s birthday. Just pulling up the Michelin bib map and choosing based off of where we’d be was super easy and reliable. But maybe you’re looking fancier, in which case I cannot help.

I urge you not to concern yourself about the view at all. It will be December. You will be inside. Even if the restaurant claims to have a view of the Tower (or of anything, for that matter), you may not see much from your table.
Just pick a restaurant you think you'll enjoy. You can get a lovely view of Paris by walking around after dinner. This recommendation is particularly relevant for vegetarians, because you'll be further limiting your options.
My wife and I still talk about our first dinner in Paris, nearly 40 years ago. It was soup, pasta, and house wine, at a little brasserie somewhere in the 7th Arr. that we picked at random. Afterwards, we strolled past the National Assembly. A guard there commented to us about what a beautiful night it was.
My point is that dinner in Paris need not be extravagant or highly planned to be thoroughly enjoyable and memorable.

You won’t see the outside when you are sitting inside and it’s dark.
Also if it’s rainy you won’t see anything
Focus on the food and restaurant quality. You can see the Eiffel tower by going to the Eiffel Tower.

We went to Chez Francis recently. Was wonderful however it’s basically open air so not sure how it’ll be in December with the weather

I’m going next year and will be dining at Francette. It’s not fancy, but great views of the tower and not expensive.

You will see the Eiffel Tower from practically everywhere you go in the city. Those surprise sightings while walking down the street are better than a meal where you may get a view of it, or not.
Restaurants that have that view are crazy expensive and/or the food isn’t good. The service may not be great either.
Also, please tap the Food & Dining flair on your post and search Eiffel Tower. It will give you a lot of posts with a lot of ideas.
