Am I the only one who after a game like yesterday, won’t listen to anyone else’s takes on the game but these guys? Other than the Postgame Show I refuse to listen to anyone talk about the game. I just wanna make it to Tuesday to hear Fred and the team talk us all down. It’s just become my habit after listening to the show for 21 years.

I can’t even imagine listening to say Felger & Mazz right now. I’ve listened to them plenty over the years but I don’t think I can take their negativity right now. They’re negative when we go to the Super Bowl, I can’t even imagine what they’re currently doing to this team…

Same goes for the national shows, I imagine the team and Drake are just getting beaten mercilessly. Not saying we should be positive right now, but I feel bad enough as it is without somebody repeatedly saying how bad we have sucked. Just telling us what we already know.

Fingers crossed for better days ahead..

I’m curious people’s thoughts regarding the shows new set ups.

The shorter times are fine with me. The beauty of these podcasts (and unfiltered) was it never felt ad overload like a lot of other podcasts.

When Fred and Duece read ads it feels natural. Jack is new and it may take this season to learn the role. I like him. He was good on unfiltered but hosting is a different animal.

With time I believe he will get more comfortable. But, particularly the pre game show, the ad reads feel forced and not as personable as when others do. He’s got that “radio voice” which doesn’t help either.

I have high hopes for Jack and I’ll be rooting for him. I can get through the difficult listen for now.

I watch this every now again in anticipation for the new season. LFGGGGG

For context, I have been a pats fan for about a year.

With a horrible loss in the super bowl this past year, and with no chance of improving, I think the pats should rebuild and trade everything. They have no young talent, they have no talent on defense, how do we go up from here? We can trade Stevenson for a good haul, although trading Drake Maye is hard cause he is a liability to choke in the big moments. We could maybe get a first for him (that is if we can get a ignorant GM on the line). I don't understand how we could trade for Brown when this team is obviously on the downturn.

I just have no faith in this team, does anybody else agree?

Dear Patriots Fans and Members of the Front Office,

I’m reaching out to share my perspective on the team’s direction and how we can build a Super Bowl–winning culture. Last season,  Stefon Diggs wasn’t just a standout player—he was a leader, both vocally and through his actions. Retaining a veteran presence like his would reinforce our team’s cohesion and focus. Pairing that with a proven talent like A.J. Brown could enhance leadership and competitiveness. Even with the off-field chatter, the combination could help us focus on growth and block out distractions.

In addition, it’s crucial to build a culture where our young talents—like Christian Gonzalez and other rookies approaching the end of their contracts—see that staying one more year can lead to something bigger. By showing them that we’re building toward a championship, we can encourage them to trust the process and commit to the team’s vision.

Ultimately, we want to create a winning environment that convinces both veterans and emerging stars to buy in. I hope both the fans and the front office can rally behind this vision for the future of our team.

What do you guys think the Backfield split will look like this year? Similar to last year or do we think Henderson gets a bigger role and becomes a superstar/breakout player based on what we saw of them last year.

It was weird last week and they made jokes about it like about how barth was going on Paul’s shows and they had more content for him and anyway I’m glad they’re addressing it now because while it’s not any of our business it is important especially with the culture he was setting there. I would love if he came on the show to talk about it and just own up to everything.
