Purchasing Advice - PC Build / Parts CPU for rtx 4070 super

I’m planning to upgrade my graphics card to an RTX 4070 Super. After doing some research online, I discovered that my Ryzen 5 1600 processor will significantly limit the graphics card’s performance. As I looked into it further, I realised that the Ryzen 5 5600X would be a good budget option. Could you please advise how well this processor would pair with the RTX 4070 Super? Or suggest another option (but no more expensive than the Ryzen 5 5600X). (My motherboard is an MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX. My monitor resolution is 2560×1440. I intend to use my new build for gaming. My country is Russia)

5600x is a good option, get that. It will be about 75% faster in single/multi core.

Anything better than 5600X will likely be more expensive, and 5600X is completely fine

Yeah, I considered the pros and cons both and 8 cores are better than 6. Also, it turned out that 5700x is not much more expensive than 5600x
