Lease takeover January 2027

Spring 2027 lease takeover available at Parkway Plaza in State College. I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a fully furnished studio from January 2027 through July 2027. Rent is $990 per month, plus a flat $80 monthly utility fee. The studio has a full private bathroom, is pet friendly, and includes a bus pass for convenient transportation (15 min walk to downtown) to and from Penn State. Parkway Plaza also has a responsive maintenance team. I’m moving and looking to have the lease taken over as soon as possible. Bro parkway plaza is the WORST. worst decision i’ve ever made. do NOT live here

It’s on the up and up but in the past for sure I’m watching renovations happen actively and their maintenance team has been responsive. I don’t know when you used to live here because I also had friends in the past who had bad experiences. I took a gamble, but I’m pleased got the best bang for my buck.
