Immediate Sublet Needed

[u/CallMeJDizzyyy]

We need a sublet for a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo (Pictures available on Zillow for 100 Jules Dr). The unit is really nice. Rent is ~$766, the bedroom is unfurnished, everything else has been furnished by us. Utilities are not covered. We’ve been paying about ~$100 per person.

Original roommate dropped out and ghosted on rent, so we need to fill the room ASAP. Please DM me if interested!
