If you don't mind used stuff, I suggest you to look for Blu-rays and CDs at Book OFF. They're everywhere and mostly just opened goods or stuff that was barely used, maybe premium stuff was taken away from the CDs, but it'll be much cheaper as well. Don't worry, Japanese standards of "used goods" is so high I don't think you'd find anything broken or unusable.

Maybe Kagami Okonomiyaki (Perfume have said they always go when in Hiroshima, though it's not like you'd find them) or Issa Okonomiyaki featured on one of my translations as one of the places they visited when making a Hiroshima sightseeing guide. People leave messages and the place is fully decorated with Perfume goods.

Mandarake in Shibuya has a small Perfume old merch section, is close to where the hentai manga is haha!! I went last year and they had a couple of the (huge) pppppp photobooks and little pta goodies.

There is a Japanese fan-created google map of sights in Hiroshima. "Perfume 聖地:広島巡礼マップ" ("Perfume Sacred Sites: Hiroshima Pilgrimage Map")

https://www.google.com/maps/d/u/0/viewer?ll=34.43142325573642%2C132.6193148456722&mid=1F0fehIyeOWdecF21L69xhW_LEjY&z=10

It's been many years since I went, so please don't take my word as your only source, but when I walked to the actors school it was very much a working building with nothing for fans to see. At the time there was no Perfume memorabilia, and not even a company logo or placard one could take a picture in front of.

Hiroshima was where they started out, so there's a lot of locations related to where they got their beginnings. This blog has a bunch of details: https://umiuship.hatenablog.com/entry/2017/09/15/122915
