First week working in the nightshift after 6 years 🥲 first three days have been rough and I'm just grateful to have 5 hours of uninterrupted sleep. Now ang hindi pa nagsi-sync yung digestive system ko 😕 I'd eat before sleeping in the morning pero magigising ako ng lunchtime kasi gutom hahahaha. Pero nung normal hours naman ako, keri ko magwork througout the day na walang kain. How do you do it??
