For this screw, you want to look for “slotted oval-head wood screws**, nickel plated.” Like all screws, they come in numbered gauge sizes which correlate to thickness, and then length, as measured from the baseline of the head to the tip (e.g., #6 x 1”, #4 x 3/8”, etc.,).
Since you are restoring a phonograph you’ll want to use US Imperial measure screws (i.e., don’t use metric).
There are several charts online that will help you match your screw to its corresponding gauge size number. Here is one.
ADDENDUM: ** Looking again using a better screen I see these are (maybe) blackened? (A new photo is bright light would help.). If so, you can buy replacements in this finish or achieve the same look buying non plated non stainless steel screws and using chemical processes to darken (i.e., blueing chemical treatments, or the old fashioned heating and dipping in oil). In a pinch you can cheat by painting just the heads.
If these are just age darkened, buy “vintage” oval head screws off eBay. If finish doesn’t matter but authenticity does, go nickel not zinc. Zinc always stands out as non-authentic in antique phonographs.
[Edited: added gauge reference and info re finish]

Take it to a hardware store. Ones in US will have screws in fractions of an inch.other countries might have a close enough metric screw.
