Does anyone know how to safely get pirated apps on iPad?

I found AltStore for side loading apps, but now I need to get the files for the apps. Information is a bit confusing online. I always use only the links on the megathread to download things on my macOS. But I couldn't find anything for iOS/iPad specifically. Does anyone know what websites are safe to use? Is appdb safe?

Sideload via LC + sidestore. Change the bundle id on pirated apps to another bundle id and sideload it inside of live container. It must not be on your main system only in LC. 

Fyi, if you sideload unsafely the dev account you are using will have the provisioning profile banned and if you check the sideloaded reddit repeated offenders of paid dev account bans / purchased certs have had the UDID banned (the device will no longer be able to be attached to any dev account meaning that you will not be able to sideload ever again. UDID cannot be spoofed without a jailbreak so be very careful) so make sure you get it right. Apple doesn't care about shit like emulators, only pirated and modded apps. 

ONLY use a free dev account. Paid certs will result in you sharing a dev account with other people who aren't taking precautions. Paid dev account offers you nothing because apple will know everything you sign so it's a guaranteed ban. Only inside LC and swapped bundle id just in case is safe.

Appdb is not safe. If you must use it use it inside lc + ss with the bundleid edited.
