This definitely is AI. Look at Trumps hands and face, two identical telephones, the huge oversized books on the left that have titles blurred out, and most obvious how Trump is sitting almost entirely to one side on a chair.
I’m not sure I agree. It seems likely that they intentionally blurred out the titles and the map. Maybe because the titles would be embarrassing, sort of like how he is known to have had Mein Kampf on his bedside table. Regarding the two phones, it looks like there are 2 handsets when Google image searching “Trump Oval Office desk”.
It also wouldn’t make a whole lot of sense for this to be AI. There’s no real benefit to it being AI, and it’s a virtual certainty that Trump would take a picture with his new chief propagandist (à la Goebbels).
I suppose they might have taken a real picture and then run it through AI to clean it up for the sake of vanity? Maybe Trump has a custom prompt saying “take this photo and make the man sitting in the chair more slim and fit. Remove jowls and double chin. Removespray ontanner and make the skin normal human-toned. Also make him look heroic and strong” or something along those lines.
Why. She needs to make a living and she is already famous... not for something good, but who cares when you need a wank. Now this bot can go and promote that.
