I think it's unfair that people without a PC can't play the new game, and I believe most people feel the same way, so make Escape the Playtime available for consoles as well So that we don't have too wait so long, And whether it works for me, I have an Xbox One

I get the frustration but converting everything to other consoles takes a lot of time and money and since this is a spin off it’s not gonna have the same amount of funding as the other games

It totally sucks ik but looking at it from a business perspective it kinda makes sense they said after a year once they’re out of the testing period they will re evaluate:)

I can recommend some good YouTubers if you’d like to watch someone play it!

That's the thing, most people get spoiled and you can't really prevent it because it takes so long for consoles and by then you already know everything.

Yea it’s hard to ignore spoilers especially if it’s within your algorithm but I do see both sides. I would personally watch the gameplay on YouTube so at least you’re discovering stuff by your own accord

I think you don't understand how hard it is to make crossplay. You have to almost make a new game from scratch and don't get me started on porting on mobile.. they should just make a game in Roblox like they did with project playtime

Auf YouTube wegen denn Youtuber dann auf tiktok auf Instagram so gesehen überall wird man Dann gespoilert und Dann hat man  ja keine Lust mehr es zu kaufen das ist das Ding wenn es 21 Oktober draußen ist als Demo

I'm German and I've said that you get spoiled everywhere, on YouTube, Instagram everywhere, and that's unfair because for most people it takes the fun out of playing And it's possible that, like the last game, it won't even be released on the console.

The thing is there are thousands of games which are PC only and PPT was one of them. They never imagined it would blow up so that's when they started porting to console. Now they keep releasing games starting on PC because that's where they originally started and also it takes a while to get a game to also work on console so they wouldn't want to delay the og players on pc for the console players since now it would be unfair to them.

I get what you mean with spoilers but if you cared that much then I'd recommend removing PPT from your for you page. Tonnes of games are PC only so having this game be the same shouldn't be a shock. The devs aren't forced to port their games to console and mobile because they don't need to, they just choose to.

This is just a comment that most people find it a shame, for example, that the first game project, Playtime, was discontinued due to bugs, and I think that's a shame for most people They couldn't even play it.

I believe so. However, Project Playtime released 2022. Consoles didn't get chapter 1 until 2023. So it just wasn't really on the radar, if that makes sense. Right now it seems Escape from PlayCare is a Steam Early Access with the possibility to move to other platforms in the future.

I wouldn’t say that. I think a large group of people play the game vicariously via playthroughs and then wanna buy it later after because they enjoyed watching the game. Obviously not everyone is like that and of course I’m sure there are people in your boat.

I love Poppy Playtime, I find it unfair, of course it's tough to make it for the console, but for most fans it feels like they're second-class citizens. I just wish we were heard too.
