So why don't anyone do anything? For example, can't they get a judge to sign off a warrant to have a wellness check done on him?

What judge? For a judge to be involved there has to be an open law suit or legal investigation.

You'll notice none of the other senators are asking where he is. They know. His status isn't a mystery, it's just being kept from the public.
