PoliticalTea 🗳️ 2 weeks before midterms and it looks like the Trump checks have cleared. “Leftists” like Chris Valenti are conveniently online again saying they would rather Trump win again than vote for Harris or Newsom in 2028. Another psyop by MAGA

Tell me you don't care about the welfare of the American people without saying you don't care about the welfare of the American people.

"I just can't vote for the greater good!"

Get over yourself.

“They need to pay”

Why do Harris and Newsom need to pay but not Trump? Trump has taken the most AIPAC money and supports Israel the most. These people are maga plants

23

u/MaximumEffort433 1d ago

Notice how these people never say we need to hold Republicans accountable, just the Democrats?

I don't know if these people are paid operatives or useful idiots, but they're definitely something.

17

u/Quiet-Battle8005 1d ago

They’re paid operatives. These were the same people screaming “abandon Harris”. They pop up around a month before an important election to scream about why we shouldn’t vote for dems

Where’s Jill stein

1

u/chicken_dinner_87 18h ago

Mind you, Harris and Newsom aren't even the ones paying for it. They'll get over losing the elections. It's the people who will be terrorised by ICE, have their jobs lost, be unable to afford groceries that can't deal with 4 more years of Trump. Harris and Newsom will nurse a bruised ego but they'll be on their feet again. The rest? Not all of them will be.

5

u/RadicalOrganizer 1d ago

Yeah. They're mini Jill steins. I'm in a LOT of left circles and none of the hundreds I know say this shit. It's dumb

2

u/ArchelonPIP Prefer Coffee But Fill My Cup 🫖 1d ago

They're just as believable as all of the right wing lying POS trolls that claim to be centrists while being easily caught doing this tired old shit:

2

u/Arctimon 1d ago

They're paid to trick people into voting for Republicans.

Harris ain't the greater good god fucking damnit

Edit:

She was the only choice against Trump.

She isn't currently, yet you fuckers are already committed to voting for her. Why aren't the Dems running someone better??

Why are you forcing those of us who want better to vote for her when she's not even running yet?

Y'all out here talking shit about people who want better saying she's good enough.

She most certainly isn't.

And u/fastactingtenactin... We're talking about the future not the past.

She got my vote, I don't want her forced on me again, I want someone better.

2

u/Character_Reveal_460 15h ago

We'll see who wins the Dem primary. That person got my vote over Vance, Rubio or any other Republican.

3

u/FastActinTenactin 19h ago

Between her and Trump? Yeah she fucking was.

Dems don’t run anyone. Any person that has enough support can run the primary and who ever the voters choose will be the nominee for general election,

Here is another “leftist” @knittedanus on Instagram who stitched Chris Valenti’s video calling Kamala Harris a dog. His video was taken down for racism btw but we still got it

https://www.instagram.com/reel/DefZKEEh-zh/?rpxt=YTBrMHE0ZnN1azJj

Very convenient timing as always with these people

The biggest question is…midterms are 2 weeks away, why are these piss babies crying over 2028? To distract you and I. The bot farms went silent so these people started getting loud again.

It’s always privileged white people (mostly men) who live in blue states spouting this nonsense btw. I say “leftist” in quotes because these people are not real leftists.

3

u/MaximumEffort433 1d ago

To be clear: Privileged is the right word. These people won't be hurt by Medicaid cuts, or SNAP cuts, they aren't being hustled into concentration camps and sent off to third party countries, they feel okay throwing their vote away because they're insulated from the consequences.

When we go to the polls, we're not just voting for ourselves, we're voting for our country and our countrymen, for the vulnerable and the disenfranchised, for the at risk and endangered, throwing your vote away is throwing them under the bus.

I’m in Texas. These guys don’t have to worry about dying from abortion bans. Must be reallllllll nice. I cannot even get an abortion at 3 weeks, Texas completely got rid of the 6 week ban and banned it totally. You used to could get an abortion at 5 weeks, now you can’t at all. There is nothing on the line for these guys saying this. They are not the ones affected by republican policy.

2

u/dmac3232 1d ago

As Selina Meyer said on Veep, if men got pregnant you could get an abortion from an ATM.

2

u/Arcaedus 20h ago

If they're shitting on a candidate rather than championing who they think would be the ideal candidate, they're probably grifting, or at the very least, have ulterior motives. Fake leftist is the correct label for people like that.

5

u/JustaMuslimdude 1d ago

I would be voting for the either of those two clowns because in the end, theyre a lesser garbage than the returdicans....

0

u/pan-re 22h ago

Grifting men have nothing to lose

2

u/B1GJAKE07 2h ago

A lot of people don't know turd has a "d" in it

4

u/4554013 1d ago

A leftist is anti-capitalist. If they vote for Trump they're not an anti-capitalist. I mean ... That's just a lie.

2

u/Orange_bratwurst 1d ago

No one is saying they’re going to vote for Trump

1

u/ImAlreadyReady 1d ago

WADE YOU KNOW THATS A LIE! AND LYING IS VERY BAD!

Corporate Dems aren't leftists. They're not even left. They're right of center.

1

u/pan-re 22h ago

Yes, and in the midterms we’re voting for them if you’re left of Trump.

4

u/LabiaMajorasMask420 19h ago

I made peace with the fact that after Trump there is an imperative to vote for any left-leaning slug over Republicans because unless they lose elections massively for a long time, they will have learned that Trump's approach is the way to get conservative priorities done.

3

u/6beerkdawg 1d ago

These tankies are MAGA plants.

3

u/Malodoror 22h ago

Midterms are in two weeks, those hypothetical elections are in two years and both those candidates are garbage. Sounds like what if on top of hyperbole. There are definitely some MAGA ops going on.

3

u/IThinkItsAverage 1d ago

If Newsom or Kamala are the candidate, obviously vote for them. But it’s so fucked we get the worst possible candidates that are pretty universally disliked right up until it’s election time. Then suddenly they are gods gift to America. Newsom is scum, Kamala is garbage. Both are infinitely better than Trump, but so is a rotten ham sandwich. Why can’t we just have a good candidate?

I don't know that much about Newsom, but I should look up more about him either way if he's looking at a run. I don't think any Republicans are going to vote for a California Democrat even if he was Donald Trump in a fake moustache spouting the same policies as he does now, but who knows.

I feel like Newsom needs at least SOME republican vote, based on how most democrats react to him.

Harris seemed like a perfectly normal "yeah I'm the VP and I'm supposed to kind of hang back" until her campaign. Once she took the helm, conservatives mostly had to stick to dumb nonsense like "but her laugh" or attacking her race.

After Biden paused shipments of weapons to Israel suddenly there were a bunch of protests over their support of Israel, meanwhile Israel's newspapers were complaining about how they betrayed Israel. Felt very manufactured.

Super weird.

2

u/Quiet-Battle8005 1d ago

You’re correct

2

u/Quiet-Battle8005 1d ago

It’s not necessary to “what if” when nobody has announced they’re running for 2028. We have great candidates for the midterms. Democratic primaries are for picking the best Democrat who fits your view for 2028. There is no point to fight between an imaginary race that hasn’t happened yet.

1

u/Willthisaccountlas 13h ago

Newsom is not scum and Kamala is not garbage. Why would I believe what you stated?

1

u/No_Finance8647 1d ago

Yeah, that's why we need Hillary. She won the popular vote after all.

0

u/Whyonthefly 1d ago

There is no world in which that works at this point. And I wouldn't want it to. The old and established route is fully out this time around.

We're in similar circumstances to what allowed us to make Obama happen. We just have to find our Obama

2

u/No_Finance8647 1d ago

Yeah I actually agree but for different reasons.

Hillary is too nice to MAGA. We need someone....more.

1

u/lostinelydan 21h ago

Sad to say but pretty sure Newsom or Kamala would lose to Trump (if he tries) or Vance. California (corporate) Dems are pretty unpopular.

As much as I don’t like how conservative Ossoff is, I think he has a much better chance.

-1

u/carrot_gummy 1d ago

Democrats would rather appeal to people to the right of them than the left of them. And some boring neoliberals like Newsome and Kamala do that better than a good candidate. The left never gets any credit when Democrats win but they are quickly blamed when Democrats lose.

Bringing any of this up also means to a Democrat that you actually love Republicans and are being counter productive to progress. All while Democrats are rapidly ceding issues to the Republicans such as immigration or trans rights.

6

u/No_Finance8647 1d ago

I wonder if leftists labeling Kamala as "Genocide Kamala" had anything to do with that....

3

u/MaximumEffort433 1d ago edited 1d ago

I wonder if leftists labeling Kamala as "Genocide Kamala" had anything to do with that....

I believe it was "Genocide Joe" and "Holocaust Harris," actually.

4

u/lostinelydan 21h ago

Or… get this, maybe Biden should have passed the torch and we could have had a primary?

1

u/No_Finance8647 13h ago

Both can be true at the same time

1

u/Willthisaccountlas 13h ago

They didn’t label her that, Russian propaganda did.

1

u/No_Finance8647 13h ago

Bit of both

0

u/carrot_gummy 1d ago

I'm sorry you found "being against genocide" too high of a bar to pass.

6

u/No_Finance8647 1d ago

I am against the genocide in Sudan. Thats why you should have voted for Kamala.

But youre proving my exact point here. So thanks!

5

u/Quiet-Battle8005 1d ago

She denounced Israel’s genocide in Gaza so many times. We’re not playing this game. I will block you from my post for trying to spread misinformation. Your lies may pass in other subs, not this one. You guys are the same as maga spreading misinformation

She called for a ceasefire over 3 different times. I’m sorry that wasn’t good enough for you people and you wanted Trump Gaza instead. Congrats you’re now blocked from my post for misinformation.

-1

u/carrot_gummy 1d ago

So that's why they silenced any Palestinian voice when they could?

Hopefully liberals learned from their failure in 2024 but I'm not holding my breath.

2

u/No_Finance8647 1d ago

I hope the half a million dead children from USAID being cut can understand your moral indignation with the Dems.

YOU learn that lesson already, will ya?

1

u/Quiet-Battle8005 17h ago

Congrats you’re now blocked from my post for spreading misinformation

1

u/Alarming-Elevator382 1d ago

Yeah things are going much better for them now, I am sure they appreciate your principled vote.

1

u/MaximumEffort433 1d ago

I'm sorry you found "being against genocide" too high of a bar to pass.

Is that why Harris was calling for a ceasefire, because she wasn't against genocide? She wanted both a ceasefire and a genocide?

Republicans blew up the trans issue and made democrats look insane. Every ad is “dems want your kids to transition” for a decade straight. How should dems respond especially ones in red states trying to win? There are only two sides and we can criticize them both, but one is way more dangerous than the other. One is murdering pregnant women…I like to focus on the most dangerous party. A Newsom presidency or Harris presidency wouldn’t be bad for minorities at all in America compared to a GOP presidency. I’ll take a mid dem over a fascist

1

u/carrot_gummy 1d ago

Allyship when its convenient for you doesn't make you a very good ally.

1

u/Quiet-Battle8005 17h ago

I asked how dems can combat the republicans on trans messaging and you couldn’t answer. Just pointed the finger, typical maga opp.

1

u/Sarabeth68 23h ago

Initiate PSYOPS, We haven't even had the primaries yet, no convention, we don't even know who is running.

I would rather not have Harris, Newsome, Pritzker, Shapiro or AOC, I also know what I don't want, anything with an R

1

u/antidense 18h ago

Poorly resilient fascist monocultures need so much external propping up in order to exist.

1

u/Scary_Yellow_8719 16h ago

Niether are pro-worker and both are pro-genocide. They shouldn’t be the democratic nominee because everybody right, left, and middke despise them.

1

u/Dapper_Necessary_483 13h ago

NYT reported yesterday that the Russian bots will be infiltrating social media platforms in the next two weeks to sow discord just like this. Don’t take the bait.

u/racedownhill 1d ago

The hard left and the hard right are indistinguishable - both like authoritarianism.
