If I understand correctly from what the magat bots are saying, if she committed fraud she should be held accountable.

But you're not allowed to bring up Dementia Donnie's fraud that he was not held accountable for.

If she lied, she should be stripped of her citizenship.

But you have TDS if you bring up Dementia Donnie's lies.

Very simply put: magats want to lecture everyone about the crimes they commit. The double standards and hypocrisy.

They can't even understand that being in a country illegally isn't even considered a Criminal act, it's a civil infraction. But their boy definitely is a criminal

u/rage-it 8h ago

They can't understand that simply being an immigrant doesn't make someone an illegal unless of course it's their cult leader's wife who lied on her visa and worked inside the US illegally.. (Elon did that as well)

1

u/SpunkyDaXmasCumRag 3h ago

That’s just not true though. Theres a lot of variables to look at.

Being in USA without crossing through the proper ports of entry is a federal criminal offence.

Returning after already being deported is a federal criminal offence.

Overstaying a visa is a civil offence.

Deportation proceedings are a civil process.

Lying on immigration paperwork is certainly a crime along with a deportable offense

1

u/GanacheSufficient292 7h ago edited 7h ago

And you dont understand that its a deportable crime.

2

u/Marksman08YT 7h ago

It's not a crime.

u/GanacheSufficient292 6h ago

I think they are just getting into her antics. Between the marrying her brother story to his massive wealth then ohhh not so much, to the solami fraud and apparently her sister is involved too. She needs a full investigation on all this.

I find it far more concerning that every time someone says anything even remotely opposing Trump suddenly there's an inexplicable witch hunt against them by sheer chance (right...) within months. Most of the corruption is inside the White House but no one's allowed to call it out without getting swatted or branded as terrorists. That's suspicious to me.

u/GanacheSufficient292 4h ago

Just like the fabricated by a sitting US president the Russia collusion scam, the fake Steele dossier, the two sham impeachments, the Mar-A-Lago raid by a second sitting President, the sham felony charges (only person in the history to be charged in such a way), the I cant remember the date, no dress, accused more than 6 other men of abusing her defimation trial. That's suspicious to me.

2

u/Marksman08YT 4h ago

First of all the Russian collusion was proven true. Trump was working with Putin and we know it because both admitted it. The impeachments only failed because he interfered in both and the mar a lago raid was a success, that's how they found the hidden documents. Finally he was also named as a SA by multiple victims, not just one, and all of them he threatened to stay quiet because it'd ruin his reputation. Half his own cabinet turned on him and admitted he's doing things that are unconstitutional, he has the lowest support of any president (in US history), he was best friends with a trafficking ring leader and he encouraged the bombing of cities that don't vote for him. So yes, I find that suspicious.

u/GanacheSufficient292 4h ago

Do you get your news here, because much of this is incorrect? Get on X, find the story then do your own research. Both Trump/Outing denied those claims and T Gabbard released documents show Obama started it all. Every President since Reagan has had classified docs, Trump is the only one that has been raided. You know who can't have them are senators and vice president's. How many times has he gone to prison for SA? Caroll was a sham trial where they had to change the rules to even get the case to court. Is he was doing unconstitutional things he would be prosecuted and hasn't been. Low support because liberals cry about everything, you can be friends with someone and not know their dark secrets and you can unfriended them when you find out about it. He did not say to bomb cities, he was talking about gas prices and how they cant create nukes to bomb our cities. You really need to get off here and get on X and find out what's really going on. Serious!

I beg to differ: 1. Overstaying or violating a visa (being here legally) is a civil violation and can result in fines and deportation 2. Improper entry is a federal misdemeanor (crime) to which you can go to prison for. 3.illegal reentry is a felony (crime) All of these can lead to deportation.

1

u/AnewTest 5h ago

No it won't result in that, or else Melania and Musk would have been deported by now.

1

u/GanacheSufficient292 5h ago

False. Neither Melania Trump nor Elon Musk has been charged with, convicted of, or officially found by U.S. immigration authorities to have broken immigration laws in a way that resulted in penalties or denaturalization. Both are naturalized U.S. citizens.

1

u/Marksman08YT 5h ago

That is incorrect. Melania Trump was only legalized through anchoring and failed to enter through the full legal process from beginning to end. Musk overstayed his visa. Omar is here legally and has been for a considerable amount of time, making deportation threats against her a violation of constitutional law.

1

u/GanacheSufficient292 4h ago

The statement is not true. You mixe partial truths, mischaracterizations, and overstatements. Everything in this comment is incorrect. It would be a 10 paragraph post to provide you the details, please do your own research. Omar is under investigation for immigration fraud, doesn't matter how long she's been here.

1

u/Marksman08YT 4h ago

And I'm telling you they have zero evidence of immigration fraud. You, like them, are completely fabricating it. She is a fully fledged US citizen. Conversely neither Musk nor Melania are here legally. They are anchor citizens.

1

u/GanacheSufficient292 7h ago

I beg to differ: 1. Overstaying or violating a visa (being here legally) is a civil violation and can result in fines and deportation 2. Improper entry is a federal misdemeanor (crime) to which you can go to prison for. 3.illegal reentry is a felony (crime) Everyone that entered the US illegally has committed a federal crime.

1

u/Human38562 6h ago

So you agree? lol

0

u/GanacheSufficient292 6h ago

Beg to differ means NO! If you are here illegally its a crime. Most illegals are not here on visas.

2

u/Human38562 5h ago

No, being here illegally is not a crime. There are possible crimes associated to that, but the fact you are here illegally in itself is not.

u/succulentverde 7h ago

It's not just that. Her family misrepresented who they were. And being a politically important person is an important disclosure in banking and immigration - it triggers additional due diligence safeguards.

4

u/Consistent_Draft6454 6h ago

Her family might have but she was a child when that happened. Why should she be punished for something her family chose to do?

-4

u/Cyborg_rat 9h ago edited 8h ago

Can you post that law?

Edit: wow got some little rats passing by downvoted because they are wrong and scamper off.

As A Canadian I'll do the leg work for you (Op should be a shamed)

• Improper Entry (First Offense): Under 8 U.S. Code § 1325, crossing the U.S. border outside of an official port of entry, eluding inspection, or using false/misleading statements to enter is a federal misdemeanor. Penalties include a fine, up to 6 months in federal prison, or both. Subsequent offenses are punishable by up to 2 years in prison. • Illegal Re-Entry: Under 8 U.S. Code § 1326, unlawfully re-entering or being found in the U.S. after a previous deportation or removal is a felony, carrying a base penalty of up to 2 years in prison (and up to 10 or 20 years

2

u/KazTheMerc 7h ago

Yep! Except - We basically never charge them the fee or the jail time.

Half those that get to this point we PAY to voluntarily deport. The other half make it to a mock-trial, which is more expensive.. hence the former.

Jail time and chasing people out of the country for a misdemeanor isn't worth the money the judgement is printed on.

-3

u/greennurse61 8h ago

Of course he can't. We need this crime to be legal for our party to fight against Republicans. We need more votes. If we don't be letting her into this country, then we lose a vote. That is why we need to fight to keep her vote.

3

u/KazTheMerc 7h ago

OR! Or... it's been legal for 200 of our 250 years, and it's how almost all of our ancestors got here... but NOW we want to stop it because.. **checks notes** ..we don't want freshly-minted Americans to vote in American elections.

Hmmm. Sketchy.

-2

u/MyKillYourDeath 8h ago

Ands what’s the punishment for being here illegally? Deportation.

2

u/KazTheMerc 7h ago

...yeah... it's actually not. At least, not most of the time.

The 'penalty' is a $500 fine, which they almost never charge you with.

THEN if they detain you and DECIDE to deport you (their choice) half the time they actually PAY you to self-deport. Of the remaining portion they usually deport at great cost and time.

The whole thing is just a money grab, and costs the taxpayer absurd amounts of money.

1

u/AnewTest 5h ago

Just not if you're the presidents wife or a trillionaire.

-4

u/tossingoutthemoney 9h ago

Illegal entry is a criminal offense though and entering with intent to violate a visa remains criminal.

6

u/rage-it 8h ago edited 8h ago

Which Melina Trump and Elon Musk both did but Omar didn't...

Elon Musk had a no work student visa and he worked on start ups and then lied about it for his citizenship. Melina Trump was also originally on a non working visa but she literally came here to do modeling gigs. When she got hooked up with Trump she some how got an Einstein visa which is meant for people with "extraordinary ability" in sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics, not for whores because some rich guy wants to get laid...

0

u/tossingoutthemoney 7h ago

Correct. What I stated remains true.

1

u/Marksman08YT 7h ago

Visa violation is not criminal. It's a civil offense. Most common reason for deportation is overextended visa visits but legally that isn't a criminal act, it's a civil matter.

1

u/tossingoutthemoney 6h ago

I think you misread. There is a distinct difference of simple overstay vs intent to overstay upon entry. One is criminal one is civil.

0

u/Top_Crow931 6h ago

Federal crime to enter illegally btw

-3

u/Fun_Imagination_904 8h ago

Quit parroting wrong info

1

u/Marksman08YT 7h ago

It's not wrong. Jaywalking and improper immigration are in the same legal offemse category. It's not a criminal act.

-4

u/Thedoctorisin123 9h ago

And deportation isn’t a criminal punishment, it’s a civil remedy :). It should be criminal and I gladly will Vote for anyone who would make this change.

3

u/Cyborg_rat 8h ago

Can you show that law?

Or does a Canadian know more than you :/.

It's a civil offence when you are there legally in the first place because you had some form of Visa and it expired.

If you skipped all those steps and you're line cutting, then it's a federal crime.
